Canape Reception
A canape reception is made up of small bite sized nibbles. A luxury service to intrigue your guests at a business event, or maybe before the main course, you decide! Each delicates is garnished individually for immaculate presentation.
Private Plated Session
The Chef personally caters for your event, in the kitchen of your location. Each plate will be garnished and presented to your seat, assisted by the professional O. Saunders Cuisine waitering staff.
Heated Bain-Marie
A buffet styled service, that will allow your guests to dish themselves or be served by our waitering staff.
The O. Saunders Cuisine Team will set up our chafing dishes and oil burners to keep the food hot through the duration of the event. Each Chafing dish is garnished for presentation, including the slates and bowls.
Our team will also clean down and pack away at the end of the food session.
Silver Trayed Service
Silver trayed service is one of the most helpful and easy options at many functions. This is usually served as a buffet, allowing guests to help themselves or be catered for by our waitressing team. The food is delivered in disposable trays and garnished for presentation.
Events Waitering Staff
Allow our waitering team and our waiters floor manager, to take care of your every need so you can enjoy your special occasion. All our staff are well trained, professionally dressed, well mannered, reliable, food safety and hygiene certified and very adaptable to varied task requests.
