Working along side Made In 90's, a luxury international events company, we have crafted the best fusion between building an elegant and classy establishment with the richest of flavours from the Caribbean. Catering to over 600+ clients and sold out events! We hosted a slated canape brunch, and a lazy buffet service, including our well presented waitering team to serve each table. Stay tuned for what we have in store for the Christmas Gala Saturday 16th December 2023!
Tafeta Gallery - Since 2022
Tafeta is a London-based gallery specialising in 20th-century and contemporary African art, with a project space in Lagos, Nigeria.The gallery remains one of the leading purveyors of some of the most important 20th-century artists of African descent and Tafeta's contemporary program actively seeks to discover or represent emerging, and established artists in Africa and its diaspora. Tafeta has been featured in notable international publications such as the Financial Times, The New York Times, and the Art Newspaper and has worked to place contemporary African art in prominent collections, including the Smithsonian's National Museum of African Arts, Washington; CCS Bard College Hessel Museum of Art; the Fitchburg Art Museum; and the House of European History, Brussels to name a few. We cater many canapé and small plates for artist exhibitions and anniversary events, alongside our Silk Service Waitering Team who deliver the full experience.

O Saunders Cuisine have worked very closely with the firm since 2022 on many events including building client relationships, celebratory holidays, corporate meetings/presentations and monthly company lunches. We have provided canape Services, sandwich and sweet treats displays, bain-marie buffets and silver disposable tray deliveries.

Jamaica National Bank - International Womens Day featuring 'Our Sommelier' By Arlene King - 1/04/2022
Set in the largest Jamaica National Bank in London, it was an absolute honour. Jamaica National Bank is Jamaica’s first mutually-owned commercial bank, 100 per cent held by its savers and borrowers.
Our Sommelier by Arlene King shared with the guests the knowledge behind the finest of wines and great investment advice. Arlene's bespoke winery accompanied our Canape Cheese platter and individual containered meals, personalised to each guest. In support of International Womens Day, we had greetings in a room filled with 40 amazing ladies, including Arleene Abode, Michelle Levy, Ms Matalon and theses are only a few of the great names.
1692 - Raheem Sterling X Saamiya Miah Fashion Show - 22/09/2021
A fashion show like no other! A catasrophe told in to a beautiful story through clothing set from the history of Jamaica.
'From the creator to creators.'
In 2019 Samiya Miah and Raheem Sterling came together to create a premium fashion range demonstrating their love for perfectly tailored menswear.
Their first collection is a distant, spiritual echo of the Jamaican earthquake in 1692, which gave birth to modern Kingston.

We delivered a canape and waitressing service to over 300 A-List Clientelle, including the likes of Beenie Man (Artist), Popcaan (Artist), Lila Ike (Artist), Leon Bailey (Footballer), Reece Wabara (MDV Owner), Yung Filly (Comedian TV Presenter) and many many more.
Alesha Dixon - Britains Got Talent - 2020-2021
We were contracted as the caterers for the English singer, dancer, rapper, model and television presenter, Alesha Dixon. Delivering services for the TV show. Britains Got Talent a televised British talent show competition, and part of the global Got Talent franchise created by Simon Cowell. Every year, contestants of any age can audition for the televised contest with whatever talent they wish to demonstrate. Auditionees seek to impress a panel of judges, including the lovely Alesha Dixon.
From auditions to the live final performances in the year 2020, we catered a lunch and evening meal for Alesha Dixon and her team with personalised dishes in single containers for the day.
Leon Bailey & Raheem Sterling - Germany to London with Cari Life Concierge Company - 20/03/2022
Two talented Jamaican and English professional football players, currently now playing for Aston Villa and Manchester City have been loyal to our journey in the catering industry. Accompanying Leon and his beautiful family to the UK, whilst also assisting Raheem on his travels, we presented many dining experiences from private jets to home personal dining sessions, whilst providing dishes on the go working alongside Cari Life Concierge company. Cari Life is a luxury boutique concierge and lifestyle management service, providing the most exquisite transportation and lifestyle to clients expectation, including a food range with O. Saunders cuisine.

CEO of Impact X Partners and entrepreneur, serving on boards of fast growing technology companies across the globe. Experienced in artificial intelligence and has worked with the tech giants such as Microsoft, Time Warner AOL and Nuance, The Financial Times and the Official UK Powerlisthas named him one of the most powerful black business people in the country. We designed a lovely menu for a personal birthday celebration, a silver traded service presented by our well presented waitresses.
