Director Oshane Saunders

Founder and Head Chef Oshane Saunders started from his home origins in Spanish Town Jamaica. With over 13 years food and catering experience, having studied at culenary school and worked for a world leading Michelin star restaurant, he took his talent in to building O. Saunders Cuisine. Down to the finest of detailing and unique flavour infusions, O Saunders Cuisine started its journey in 2019.

Director & Business Manager Tiana Reid
Since 2019 our Business and Marketing Manager, Tiana Reid has contributed to the creative model of the business. With over 10 years of Marketing experience and a degree in Business Management is where we got our bespoke attention to detail, from the uniform, social media, web design to the deliverance of client bookings, maintaining and developing quality in the deliverance of our service, whilst enhancing the experience of our clients form beginning to end.
